Mike & Shari May are lead pastors of the Pipeline Church. Mike was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and Shari was born in Houston, TX. "Along with our team, our desire is to see our generation breakthrough many of the misconceptions that exist in today's society about Jesus, and then, as they embrace the God who gave everything he possibly could for them ... provide opportunities to serve the community in that same selfless, life-giving way".

Mike graduated from King's College in Aberdeen with his degree in Divinity and served with the Harvest Evangelism Team as one of there short term missions directors before coming to Humble, TX. Shari is lead worshipper at the Pipeline.

Dr. Buddy & Carolyn Hicks are President and Founders of Buddy Hicks Ministries. Dr Hicks provides apostolic covering to the Pipeline Team. From their days pastoring the mighty Youth Quake movement in Houston in the 70’s up until today Buddy & Carolyn maintain a strong desire to see a generation that will once again rise up with a hunger & commitment to see our communities transformed by the power of God.

Ian May is associate pastor at the Pipeline. "Above any other desire I have is my desire to help other people connect with God and begin a relationship with Him. Nothing compares to having God use you to have an impact in someone else’s life that will last eternally. With this desire I serve the youth and families of the Pipeline Church & Humble Skatepark."

Ian was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and is a graduate of Rocky Mountain Bible College in Calgary, Canada. Ian is also a gifted musician and songwriter, his song "I Seek You" is a favorite at the Pipeline. He helps Shari lead the Pipeline Worship Team and directs the School of Worship.
